From 17th to 20th on May, the fourth Desert ecological photovoltaic Power Station Construction Forum and Shage Wilderness photovoltaic power generation Project Viewing Party jointly sponsored by China Photovoltaic Industry Association and China Investment Association was successfully held in Yinchuan, Ningxia. The forum conducted in-depth discussions on the latest support policies of the state for desert photovoltaic power stations, as well as how to solve and cope with the difficult problems in the design, equipment selection, economic calculation, operation and maintenance of the sand desert photovoltaic construction.

As a co-organizer, Versolsolar was invited to attend, and product manager Yangyang Zhang delivered a keynote speech on the engineering application and advantages of the Desert Base photovoltaic project tracker and flexible support products, which attracted extensive attention from experts, scholars and participants.

Desert, Gobi and other inhospitable places have unique advantages in terms of the abundance of solar energy resources. These areas have long sunshine hours and high radiation intensity, making them ideal places to build photovoltaic power plants. However, at the same time, these areas are also faced with complex and changeable climatic environment and topographical conditions. Therefore, how to use solar energy resources efficiently and stably , while realizing the dual benefits of ecology and economy, is an important challenge we face.

In view of the difficult problems and challenges in the construction of Shagehuang Photovoltaic, Versolsolar, relying on its own technology accumulation and innovation ability, launched the tracking bracket and flexible bracket product solutions that adapt to the photovoltaic project of Shagehuang Photovoltaic base. The tracking bracket system is very suitable for Shagehuang photovoltaic base photovoltaic project application because of its higher return on power generation investment and smoother power generation curve, which can effectively improve the power generation of the power station and increase the economic income of the project. At the same time, the tracking bracket system of Versolsolar is also equipped with a wireless interactive design of the meteorological data of the whole station with higher safety, which solves the safety problems of engineering application and long-term operation in the project. In the Tengger Desert area, Versolsolar tracking support system has been successfully applied to the photovoltaic project of Zhongwei I and II large base of Longyuan Power of National Energy Group.

With strict performance standards, the system has passed the wind tunnel test and the hidden crack resistance test, and has been successfully practiced in Gansu, Inner Mongolia and other sand desert areas, and the safety and reliability of the system have been verified.
